Email automation
We created a process for monitoring a client's Inbox to monitor for certain messages and take various actions dependent upon the content of those messages. This removed manual effort and lead to improved turn-around of messages.

Booking system
We created a custom web based booking system for a client. The system integrates with Google Calendar and allows their customers to request and manage bookings and so improve customer services and reduce manual administration.

Web notification
A client wanted to monitor changes to a web page. We created a monitoring service which checked for changes and sent text messages to key staff allowing them to make decisions based on up to date information.
